On the birthday of Former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Union Minister Vijay Sampla inaugurated a 20 KW FM transmitter of AIR in Fazilka, Punjab on Friday. The FM transmitter is equipped with 16-Panel FM antenna that is mounted on 300m high DD tower. It has 125 KVA DG Set, UPS, C-Band Satellite Receive Terminal & DTH facility. The services through this transmitter will be available on 100.8 MHz.
